During October/November 2024 we are carrying out a further consultation exercise with all tenants on Rent Harmonisation.

All tenants should have received a mailing in October on the consultation which included:

  • A newsletter explaining how the new policy, if approved, will work and what the options are for bringing rents in line with the new policy.
  • A personalised sheet showing how we calculated your property's new rent and what your new rent is likely to be.
  • A survey  - so you can tell us how you would like us to implement any changes.
  • An equalities form  - please complete and send back along with your survey.

Please take the time to read the newsletter and your personalised sheet and complete the survey and return in the pre-paid envelope provided by Friday 15th November.
