Freedom of Information - FOI
From 11th November 2019 the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOI Act) applies to Scottish housing assocations and we have adopted the Scottish Information Commissioner's Model Publication Scheme and you can find our Guide to Information by following the link below.
Guide to Information
The guide contains information on what we publish, how you can access it and if there are any charges involved.
It also covers information on the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004. This legislation provides a separate right of access to the environmental information that we hold.
If you can't find what you are looking for please contact us and we will try to help. There may be information that we withhold for good reason and if we do so we will explain why. This is covered under the legislation. There are rights of appeal if you disagree with our decision and these are explained in our guide.
If you are making a FOI request then it must be in a "recorded format" and must contain the name of the person making the request and include contact details. We have attached a form below and you can download and submit this if it is of assistance to you. (There is a word version if you want to complete it electronically or a pdf version to download) If you need any information in a different format please contact us.
