The regulation of Scottish Housing Associations is the responsibility of the Scottish Housing Regulator - SHR. They publish regulatory engagement information and the Association makes returns to them . You can view or download the latest reports below and we will provide any updates to our regulatory position on this page.
Our first Annual Assurance Statement (AAS) was published in Oct 2019 .The most recent return was October 2023 and our SHR Engagement was issued in April 2024. At this time the Association is only required to make the standard regulatory returns.
