Our office is open to the public Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
The office is closed for staff training from 12.30pm on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.

If you intend to visit the office, the front office staff of our HOST team can assist you with enquiries, rent payments, owner account payments, allocations and repairs. If you require to speak to a specific member of staff, an appointment can be made. Please give us a call on 01324 664966 if you wish to do this.
We welcome visitors to our office. Our facilities include: private interview rooms, information boards, exchange notices, interpreter services by request, hearing loop and disabled access.

There is ample free parking in Grangemouth, mainly located behind the La Porte Precinct Shopping complex in Grangemouth Town Centre. This is a short walk from our office.
