Staying safe around electricity is very important. We have attached a copy of the Scottish Fire & Rescue Services electrical safety leaflet which provides a clear and helpful guide on how to stay safe.
The Association carries out 5 year periodic checks on the electrical installations in your home ( but not on your own applicances) . These are known as Electrical Inspection Condition Reports - usually referred to as EICRs. If we contact you for access for this inspection , then please let us in. It is for the safety of yourself, your family and other residents. If you have any concerns on any matters regarding the electical installation in your home eg sockets, light fittings, consumer units, showers etc then contact us asap.
