Rent payments are due monthly in advance on the 29th of each month. There are 12 rental payments due each year.
If you wish to pay weekly or fortnightly, you must agree this with the Housing Officer for your area.
If you are a new tenant you will be expected to pay your first rent when you sign your tenancy agreement.
