Being a Good Neighbour

We want to encourage people to be good neighbours and make our estate places where people can live safely and peacefully. You can help by being a good neighbour.

In this section you will find some information about what you can do to make your neighbourhood a good place to live and help you understand your tenancy agreement.

Tenancy Agreement & Tenants Handbook

When you become a tenant you enter into a legal agreement and have responsibilities for meeting the obligations of the tenancy agreement. Please make sure that you are aware of the contents. You will also have been issued with a Tenants Handbook, which aims to help you with this and provide you with additional useful information. If you need a further copy, please contact our Housing Management Support Team or e mail enquiries@paragonha.org.uk to request this.
