Thanks to everyone who responded to our Rent consultation survey over December and January.  After taking account of a number of factors the Management Committee has made the decision to increase rents by 4% for 2026/27. 

As the Association moves towards rent harmonisation some tenants will find the increase capped at £20 per month.

A feedback newsletter has been produced and issued to all tenants and you can download a copy below.  We hope that it is helpful to you in explaining how the decision was reached.

This newsletter was sent out with the formal rent increase notice and a rent statement.  The letter explains rent due, how to get help if you have difficulties paying, methods of payment and how to change your standing order.
