We know that many of you are worried about paying you rent at this difficult time and if you cannot make payments please give us a call. We will not seek eviction for rent arrears at this time but you MUST contact us. We know many of you have done so and we thank you for this.

Ways to Pay your Rent
We have had to close the office from 20th March 2020 and from 23rd March 2020 we cannot take phone or cash payments direct at the office but there are lots of ways you can continue to pay. You can still phone or email us for advice. Note the contact number 01324 878050
By Standing Order - Please contact our office and we will send you out a Standing Order Form which you will need to complete and send to your bank.
By Bank Transfer – Please contact our office for our Bank Details and we can confirm your rent reference number so any payments are posted to the correct accounts.
Allpay card - in person / by phone / on the internet
This offers flexible ways to pay and we are in the process of ordering cards for tenants who pay by cash or card at the office or by phone as you can contact the automated phone line or use it on line.
You can also use your allpay card in the following ways:
- At any Post Office or Paypoint. You can find your nearest payment point by following this link Paypoint Locator
- On line- You can use your Allpay card to make payments securely online. Log on to www.allpayments.net and register if you haven't already done so. You will then be asked to provide your allpay reference number (on front of card) and password. You will be asked to provide your debit card details and amount you wish to pay.
- This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- By Phone - allpay also has an automated telephone payment system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contact number is 08445578321. You will be asked to provide your allpay reference number (on front of card), debit card details and amount you wish to pay.
Please note to use the allpay methods, you will need your allpay card to hand.
