In this section, we have copies of layout plans for a number of our Estates and these indicate where the Association is is responsible for maintenance of common areas.
The plans will be of interest to tenants and owners as they indicate the Estate Boundary together with common and adopted areas within the boundary. Where paths and areas have been "adopted" then these are maintained by the relevant local authority. These Estate Plans are indicative only.
Owners within estates may be liable for a share of the costs for communal estate maintenance. Please see the the OWNERS SPACE Section for for further information about this. Click Here.
