Tenants and other residents living in closes or other properties with common areas have responsibilities for cleaning these. The Association has set a close cleaning standard. This sets out what is required, the standard to be reached and what action we will take if this is not achieved.

Inspections are carried out on a regular basis by our Housing Officers and grades awarded to closes.
If you need help in setting up a close/common area cleaning rota then please contact your housing officer who can help you with this.
