We are aware of the current situation as regards the Coronavirus health situation. We are monitoring the situation and are dynamically reviewing and implementing emergency plans. We have a Route Map in place and have advised all tenants and owners of this through our Summer Newsletter issued in August.
We will update this site if there is information we require to provide to you.
We are continuing to provide some services however we will have to ask questions in relation to health when you contact us for any services in order that we can take steps to protect tenants, other service users, staff and contractors as far as we can.
Our contractors The McDougall Group and CTS are doing a great job trying to keep services going.
From 23/03/20 we were carrying out emergency repairs only and some works of an urgent nature. We are trying to clear backlogs of non urgent works at the moment and will try to restore response times bu the ongoing pandemic continues to have an impact .Th Right to Repair Scheme was suspended from 23/03/20. There continues to be delays delays and response times are suspended. We can record repair requests of a non urgent nature and these will be programmed in as lockdown eases.

Risk to Life/ Properties
This is still going ahead at the moment where we need to do a safety check to maintain safety and subject to assessing risk where the virus is present or there is self isolation. If you are due a gas service please co-operate on access. We need to do this work to keep you, your family and other residents safe.
All Contact Points and Events are cancelled until further notice.
We have a number of contracts on site at the moment and these are being carried out by contractors following safe practices.. Give us a call if you have any issues.
Work such as grass cutting has restarted. Contact us if there are ny health and safety issues eg unstable trees.
We know that is a very difficult time for people and you may be worried about paying your rent. There has been some confusion over rents generally , not just for Paragon tenants. The postion is that rents remain due. However we are sympathetic to the difficulties being experienced and our pledge is to work with you during this situation. There are things we can do to help and it will vary from person to person so please contact us. A good number of you have done this and we thank you for this.

Allocations and Applying For Housing
We are accepting housing applcations and have been letting houses from June in priority cases and are moving to more general lets. Contact if you need any help or support on applying for a house.
Office / Staff
From Fri 20/03/20 the office is closed to the public but we can be contacted by phone or email. There will be delays in responding to your enquiries and you can help by only contacting us if the matter is urgent.
We appreciate everyone's patience and co-operation on this.
We are also aware of other groups who are providing support at this time eg shopping, picking up prescriptions etc. We are working with others in the voluntary sector to direct support where required.
