Our AGM was held on Wednesday 23rd September 2020 at 6.00 pm. Given the current restrictions due to Coronavirus this was a "virtual" meeting and held online. We are delighted to say that 23 members joined via Zoom and another 11 submitted proxies so a quorum was easily reached. Thank you one and all .
The usual buisness was transacted and RMS were reappointed as Auditors following an open tender process and approval of members at the AGM.
We know people value meeting up in person so we are planning to hold an SGM early into 2021 ( restrictions permitting ) to consider new Model Rules published by SFHA in 2020. So we hope to see all the familiar faces there and maybe some new ones too.
Members of the Association received a Members' Newsletter during the week of 24th August 2020 which contained details of the AGM including a guide to the AGM business and how to stand for election to the Managment Commitee.
